“In my experience, when people are making an investment in their home, they want to feel confident that they are being listened to and that their needs are truly understood. They want the peace of mind that their investment is going to yield the result they envisioned. And at the end of the day, they want to love their new surroundings and feel great about the changes they’ve made—feeling content with both the outcome and the process they went through to get there.”
